Working alongside a team of experienced and highly qualified practitioners, you will gain hands-on experience while completing your Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Help create a caring, stimulating and inclusive environment where children feel safe and valued.
  • Assist with daily routines such as meal times, outdoor play and personal care (including nappy changing).
  • Support children to develop confidence, independence and curiosity.
  • Contribute to observations and planning to support each child's individual development.
  • Work as part of a passionate team dedicated to providing high-quality early years education.
