About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead and manage multiple electrical installation projects from costing through to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating on-site activities, managing project teams including sub-contractors, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards and contract administration. Main responsibilities will include:

  • Plan, manage, and oversee electrical projects across multiple sites.
  • Co-ordinate and supervise on-site electrical installation works.
  • The day to day running of the electrical contracts, including direct reporting staff and sub-contractors
  • Attend design team workshops and client progress meetings
  • Ensure all works comply with relevant electrical regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Prepare and review project documentation, reports, and risk assessments.
  • Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions where required.
  • Manage procurement of materials and equipment.
  • Contract administration, including preparing and tracking variation order works.
  • Commissioning, testing, and final project handover activities.
  • Carryout electrical installation works.
  • Represent the company with professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
  • Provide practical, design-sensitive solutions when challenges arise on-site.

Skills and Experience:

· Solid understanding of contract administration, electrical installation works, and health & safety regulations.

· Ability to manage plan, schedule, and coordinate operations effectively

· Experience in electrical installations in high-end residential and commercial developments.

· Proficient in Microsoft office.

· Knowledge of the current wiring regulations

· Proficient in health & safety procedures and building compliance regulations
