The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical skills, project management experience, and a proactive mindset. Essential qualifications include a degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in designing and installing production lines, managing capital projects, and working within fast-paced manufacturing environments is required. Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating layouts and technical documentation, along with experience using Microsoft Project for scheduling and planning, is essential. Strong command of MS Office, especially Excel, is necessary for reporting and data analysis. Financial acumen related to budgeting, investment planning, and cost control is also important. Responsibilities:

- Oversee contractors and vendors, issue permits, enforce safety protocols, and monitor progress to ensure projects stay on track and within scope.
