Early Years Practitioner – Level 3
Location: Various settings across Bradford and surrounding areas

Hours: Full-time
Rate: £93–£110 per day
We are currently looking for a Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner to work across a range of schools and early years settings in Bradford and the surrounding areas.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and experienced practitioner looking for a long-term, full-time position, with an ASAP start available.
The Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:
- Support children’s learning, development and wellbeing.
- Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS.
- Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
- Support children’s social, emotional, physical and communication development.
- Work closely with teachers, nursery staff and other professionals.
- Build positive relationships with children and staff.
- Follow safeguarding and school policies and procedures.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare or a relevant subject.
- Have a valid Enhanced DBS (or be willing to obtain one).
- Have previous experience working with children in an Early Years setting.
- Have a good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Be reliable, caring, enthusiastic and professional.
- Be able to provide suitable references and relevant employment history.
- Be available for full-time, long-term work.
