At Best.Energy, we combine technology, data, and energy expertise to help organisations reduce waste before energy is even used. Using our own IoT systems, intelligent analytics, and interactive software, we help customers lower costs, cut carbon, and operate more sustainably. We’re now looking for a talented React Front End Developer to help shape the next generation of our customer platform. You’ll work on the front end of our online energy management system, building interactive dashboards, visualisations, predictive tools, and customer-facing features that turn complex energy data into clear, useful insights. This is a role for someone who enjoys improving existing products just as much as creating entirely new experiences from scratch.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing and improving React-based web applications
- Building engaging dashboards, reports, and data visualisations
- Creating clean, intuitive user experiences from complex datasets
- Integrating APIs and external data sources
- Collaborating with our small full-stack development team and wider business
- Contributing ideas, innovation, and continuous improvements to the platform
- Helping shape future customer tools and products

The ideal candidate will thrive working independently within a small, close-knit full-stack team. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments are essential.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong JavaScript skills
- Experience working with React
- Experience building dashboards, graphing, or data-heavy interfaces
- Experience integrating APIs and external data sources
- Understanding of surrounding technologies such as authentication
- A good eye for UI/UX and front-end design
