Duties of the Production Operative: Cut and prepare company fabrics to bespoke customer measurements. Accurately interpret customer orders, drawings, and job specifications. Select, organise, and pack orders with all required materials, including adhesives, trims, fixings, and accessories. Load and offload deliveries and company vehicles, using manual handling techniques or equipment (e.G. pallet trucks). Report any material shortages, damages, or order discrepancies to the supervisor. Travel to customer sites to install company products (Mostly outdoor projects) Assist with site preparation and using appropriate tools. Ensure installations are completed safely, on time, and to high quality standards. Liaise professionally with site managers, clients, or team leaders during installations. Complete job sheets, timesheets, and installation reports accurately. Represent the company professionally while on-site. xdjnayx Due to the nature of this role, there will be travel included and occasionally staying away from home.
