Morgan Mckinley is partnering with a high-end luxury leading real estate office rental business in London. You will be joining a fast-paced environment where stronger financial oversight is needed to support scale. You will work closely with a strong CEO who is looking for someone to support the finance team and wider business on finance related matters as well as upskilling where appropriate. This role suits someone energetic, from an entrepreneurial commercial background, steady under pressure, and hungry. You will play a key role in shaping how finance operates as the company continues to expand.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end financial strategy and operating model, tightly aligned to growth, profitability, and cash objectives.
- Produce timely, accurate management accounts and Board packs with clear insight, risk flags, and forward-looking commentary.
- Design and own executive dashboards; define KPIs and enforce a consistent performance and review cadence across the business.
- Actively challenge budget holders on targets, spend, and ROI; enforce accountability for financial outcomes.
- Lead M&A from a finance perspective: opportunity evaluation, financial modelling, due diligence, integration planning, and post-acquisition performance tracking.
- Partner cross-functionally (Sales, Operations, IT) to raise data quality and decision standards across the business.
What Would The Ideal Person Look Like
- ACA/ACCA/qualified (or equivalent)
- Success in roles such as Senior Finance Manager, Head of Finance, Finance Director, or similar.
- From a commercial background
- Ambition to grow into long-term MD roles
- Experience scaling an SME or leading a business through transformation
- Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience
- Experience in Netsuite
- Energetic and bubbly personality
