- Learning new systems and digital platforms
- Working with a variety of teams at all levels
- Maintain stock lists and order office supplies as needed
- Drafting, formatting, and printing relevant documents
- Manage correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail
- Assist in purchase orders and invoicing
