BBC Studios Kids & Family creates content for children. As a Level 4 Junior Production Apprentice, you’ll support planning and coordination across TV, audio and digital platforms.
Work
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands‑on experience.
What you’ll do at work
- Assist with shoots, studio setups, crew bookings, and call sheets.
- Learn best practices in production management, Health & safety and Safeguarding.
- Learn what goes into making and delivering a TV production including clearing copyright and completing Post Production Paperwork.
- Reporting to the Production Manager, and in partnership with the editorial team, help to deliver outstanding, distinctive, multi-platform content; communicating effectively to ensure the delivery of the editorial vision.
