This role aligns with our vision at CS ENG to excel in the digital railway sector and, importantly, to deliver digital maintenance solutions. With this in mind, the possible candidate will have a desire to problem solve, build solutions, analyse data, be able to code/decode micro-controllers using C++, using python for AI and machine learning. By the end of your programme, you will be equipped with the best knowledge and hands‑on experience to kickstart your professional career here at Siemens Mobility.
Responsibilities:- Identify issues and challenges experienced by our customers, then develop strategies and implementation options to address the issues.
- Design and implement practical and innovative solutions to meet the needs of our stakeholders. This includes creating software, developing systems, and engineering new products whilst maintaining a secure by design methodology.
- Collect, process, and interpret data to extract meaningful insights and expose problems with installed infrastructure. This involves using statistical methods and tools to understand trends, patterns, and relationships within the data.
- Explore emerging digital technology and trends, and work with our wider teams to embed best practices and new innovative tools to develop and maintain an agile team process.
