£100–120k DOE | Fully Remote

Besque is a premium British botanical body care brand scaling fast across the UK and US. Botanical-led products with a devoted customer base, and a growth engine built on paid social.

Here's what makes this role different: be part of building one of the most advanced AI-powered creative production systems in e-commerce.

What you'll be doing:

  • Owning end-to-end creative strategy across Meta and TikTok, from analysing performance data and forming hypotheses, to directing AI-generated assets into market.
  • Leading AI image and video production: shaping concepts, writing briefs, directing output, and quality-controlling every asset.
  • Analysing data to uncover valuable insights, then actioning.
  • Building and running a systematic creative testing engine, clear hypotheses, disciplined iteration, learnings that compound.
  • Deconstructing competitor creative to spot what's working in the market and where the gaps are.
  • Mentoring junior strategists, sharpening their briefs, developing their instincts, making them better.
  • Rolling up your sleeves when it matters: writing hooks, briefing edits, cutting variants. Senior in judgement, never above the tools.

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years in creative strategy for paid social at meaningful spend, you've shipped creative that performed and can talk specifics.
  • Equal parts analytical and creative, you read the data, form the hypothesis, then actually come up with the idea that tests it.
  • Genuine command of AI image and video tools, not as a gimmick but as the core of how you work — and strong opinions on where the space is going.
  • A systems builder, you think in processes and pipelines, not one-off assets.
  • DTC / e-commerce background necessary, beauty or personal care a bonus.

Location: Remote with HQ visits monthly.
