Besque is a premium body care and wellness brand, based in the UK. We are looking for a junior Content Strategist to join our marketing team, someone with raw creative talent, a genuine curiosity about human psychology, and the hunger to grow quickly in a high-output, AI-native environment.
The Role
You will work at the intersection of marketing psychology, creative strategy, and AI-powered content production. Using generative AI tools as your primary production environment, you will develop paid social ad concepts, write compelling copy, and produce briefs that connect deeply with our core audience — women aged 45–70 who care about how they look and feel. This is not a traditional copywriting role. We move fast, we test constantly, and we use AI to do in hours what most teams take weeks to produce. You will be expected to learn quickly, develop strong creative instincts, and grow into a senior strategic voice on the team.
Responsibilities
- Develop paid social ad concepts across Meta, TikTok, and other channels
- Write advertising copy and briefs
- Use generative AI tools to produce, iterate, and scale creative output
- Build and refine creative briefs that translate strategy into winning ads
- Analyse performance data and feed learnings back into creative strategy
- Stay close to trends in the DTC, beauty, and wellness space
Requirements
- A genuine passion for marketing, storytelling, and what makes people buy
- Some understanding of consumer psychology and direct response principles, formally studied or self-taught
- Strong experience with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, image/video gen)
- Strong writing ability, clear, persuasive, and adaptable in tone
- Curiosity and drive to learn; you read about marketing in your own time
- Experience in beauty, wellness, or DTC is a plus but not essential
