Besque is a premium body care and wellness brand, manufactured in the UK and sold globally across various online channels. We are looking for an exceptional and highly experienced performance marketer to own it. This is a senior individual contributor role. You will be hands-on with the accounts, responsible for the strategy and the execution across our full paid media mix, Meta, TikTok, Google, and affiliates.

The Role: You will own Besque's global paid customer acquisition, from channel strategy and budget allocation through to daily account management, creative testing, and performance reporting. You will work closely with our creative and brand teams to build a feedback loop between what runs and what gets made, and with our data team to ensure attribution, measurement, and incrementality are handled properly. We run significant media spend. This role will have real budget, real autonomy, and direct access to leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Own global paid acquisition strategy and execution across Meta, TikTok, Google, and affiliate channels
  • Manage and optimise paid accounts on a daily basis, campaigns, audiences, bidding, budgets, and creative rotation
  • Drive a rigorous creative testing programme in close collaboration with the creative strategy and content teams
