- Manage production capacity, workload and priorities across the team
- Identify and remove bottlenecks in the creative pipeline
- Ensure high-priority concepts and winning iterations are produced quickly
- Build and improve SOPs, workflows, templates and approval processes

- Experience within DTC, ecommerce, consumer brands, performance marketing or a high-output creative agency
- Proven experience managing a large volume of creative projects simultaneously
- Proven experience managing fully remote or internationally distributed teams
- Strong at asynchronous communication, delegation, handovers and accountability
- Comfortable coordinating people working across significantly different time zones
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary creative teams
- Strong understanding of production capacity and resource planning
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Comfortable building systems and processes from scratch
- Strong communicator who can keep multiple stakeholders aligned without relying on constant meetings

- Able to move quickly without creating unnecessary bureaucracy
Strong Advantage If You Have
- Experience running creative operations for a high-growth DTC brand
- Experience producing hundreds of creative assets per month
- Experience managing global creative teams across multiple time zones
- Experience working closely with paid social or performance marketing teams
- Experience managing freelancers or external production partners
- Experience implementing AI or automation into creative workflows
- Experience improving an existing creative operation at scale
Who You Are
An organised individual with excellent time management and digital coordination skills.
You are comfortable managing dozens of moving pieces at once and can keep a distributed team moving quickly even when everyone is not online at the same time.
You create clarity around who owns what, what happens next, when it is due and what is blocking progress.
You know how to build an operation where work moves seamlessly from one person to another without requiring constant meetings or management intervention.
You care about quality, but you also understand that in a high-growth environment, speed and creative velocity matter.
