We’re looking for a forward-thinking, technically savvy individual to lead and coordinate the implementation of automation systems that enhance business performance and reduce manual overhead.
As our AI Automation Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for identifying, implementing, and maintaining automations across marketing, operations, customer service, and finance. You’ll work cross-functionally with team leads to understand pain points and apply smart, AI-enabled solutions that help the business run smoother and faster.
Key Responsibilities- Research, evaluate, and implement AI and automation tools to improve internal workflows
- Collaborate with different departments to understand repetitive tasks and create automation solutions
- Configure and maintain no-code/low-code tools, AI agents, and custom automations
- Monitor performance of automations and ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability
- Document systems and provide training/support to relevant team members
- Stay up to date with emerging tools and best practices in AI and workflow automation
- Strong experience with no-code/low-code automation platforms (e.g. Zapier, N8N, Airtable Automations)
- Familiarity with generative AI tools and APIs (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, OpenAI API, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and systems thinking
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical team members
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to optimize and iterate on systems
