Our client is a leading technology group hailing from Australia. They have over a decade-long record of innovation, growth and major customer acquisitions. Their cloud-based platform is trusted by major organisations across Europe, US and ANZ, where they help teams streamline complex processes and make smarter business decisions through data, automation, and most recently, AI.
As the group continues to expand, they are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to help drive new business incentives and grow key customer relationships within core geographies across the UK and beyond. Approx 70% of this role is from in-bound lead-generation. This role is highly rewarded with an uncapped commission structure.
The role/experience required:
- Manage the entire sales cycle; from prospecting and discovery through to solution demos, proposals and closing.
- Annual renewals.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with mid-market and enterprise customers across multiple industries.
- Collaborate with Marketing, SDRs and Product teams to develop strategic outreach and targeted campaigns.
- Deliver consultative, insight-driven sales conversations focused on solving real business challenges.
- Maintain accurate CRM reporting and pipeline forecasting to support business visibility and planning.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets while contributing to an inclusive, high-performance culture.
You’ll have:
- 3+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions - This component is essential to be considered.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding targets in a full-cycle B2B/SaaS sales environment.
- Strong ability to conduct consultative discovery, tailor demos and communicate value to both technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a structured and professional sales approach.
- A self-starter mindset. You enjoy autonomy, collaboration and seeing your hard work flourish.
2 stage interview process. You’ll clearly need to articulate your experience as a sales professional, covering strategy and discovery calls/meetings you’ve championed and to what ROI.
