Due to continued organisational growth and development opportunities for our current staff, we are recruiting for support workers to join our staff teams. Supporting vulnerable and complex children/young adults in a range of locations – in and out of their home.
You must hold a full UK driving licence and have held your licence for 3 years or more. You must also meet the requirements of our insurers to drive the company vehicles.
As a Support Worker, you will be key in helping our young people with everyday living. The young persons have experienced significant abuse and trauma in their early lives. This is a challenging role, but the rewards are incomparable to any other job. You will be working in an environment where the little things that you do every day could have life-changing results on the young people in our care. Your ambition for the people you support will help them take steps to fulfilling their potential.

Salary and Benefits- 12-hour shifts (day and waking nights)

- Flexibility on travel.
- Experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be offered to the right candidates.
