As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be key in helping our young people with everyday living including helping in daily personal care, household tasks, accompanying the young person to appointments and daily plans whilst ensuring their health and wellbeing needs are met.

Working as a Children’s Healthcare Assistant, you must be willing to go above and beyond for the children and young people, ensuring that they have an experience of childhood that they can reflect upon and carry with them into adulthood.
Current locations covered are Sussex, Somerset, Devon and Swindon.

Required Skills:
- Experience as a Healthcare Assistant or similar position.
- Care Certificate would be an advantage.
- A passion to want to help others.
- The ability to communicate clearly and sensitively when talking to people and their families.
- The ability to work alone.
- Being empathetic towards everyone.
- Great verbal and written communication skills.
- A non‑judgemental attitude regardless of a person’s needs.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure and when dealing with challenging situations.
- Forward‑thinking with a flexible approach.
- Able to follow instruction & direction.
- Full UK Driving License with access to your own vehicle or means of transport.
