We’re looking for driven 360 Recruiters to run the full recruitment lifecycle—winning new business, managing client relationships, and delivering great hires end-to-end. If you’re commercially sharp, love building pipelines, and thrive on targets, you’ll fit right in.

You will be motivated to:

  • Build and grow a client portfolio through outbound business development and leads
  • Take detailed briefs and advise clients on hiring strategy, salary, and market conditions
  • Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
  • Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates with pace and quality
  • Manage the full process: CVs, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding
  • Negotiate terms with clients and offers with candidates
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes and keep compliance tight
  • Hit (and exceed) weekly/monthly/quarterly revenue and placement targets

Key skills and experience we are looking for:

  • Proven experience as a 360 recruiter
  • Confident new business development and account management
  • Strong candidate management and stakeholder communication
  • Target-driven mindset with resilience and urgency
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple roles at once
  • Good working knowledge of recruitment compliance and GDPR
