Join a growing studio with large presence in the southeast of England is looking to add a Technically gifted Architect to their beautiful CentralLondon studio. With a design focused approach to every project, this studio takes pride in the fact they’ve won awards for projects in a number ofsectorsacross a range of scales. They’ve also recently won some high-profile landmark projects which will project them to the next level. Great time to join!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage residential projects through RIBA Stages 0-7.
- Prepare surveys, concept layouts, and planning packages.
- Produce detailed tender and construction documentation.
- Conduct contract administration and oversee on-site project delivery.
- Coordinate with councils, consultants, and contractors to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members in tender package development.
- Provide onsite support, addressing contractor queries and design issues.
Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years post-Part III experience, particularly in large residential projects.
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Ideally experience on HRB resi projects in London.
- Ideally experience Gateway 2 Applications (Building Control)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
