A globally recognised architecturepractice with a strong presence internationally is growing its South London team. Known for its high-profile work in data centers, commercial workplaces, and aviation infrastructure, the studio is seeking an experienced Project Architect to lead complex, large-scale data center projects from concept to delivery, maintaining design excellence and technical precision throughout.
You’ll take ownership of projects across all RIBA stages, coordinate directly with consultants, and act as the central point of contact for both clients and the in-house team. This is a role for a confident leader who thrives on managing multidisciplinary teams, balancing design ambition with constructability, and ensuring smooth delivery against budgets and schedules.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and delivery of large-scale commercial data center projects across all RIBA stages

Manage day-to-day coordination with consultants, clients, and internal teams

Oversee project fees, schedules, and quality assurance to maintain design intent and technical accuracy

Guide teams in preparing design documentation, planning submissions, and technical packages

Provide Revit expertise and ensure best practice BIM workflows are followed

Engage with clients to manage expectations and maintain strong professional relationships
Skills & Experience:

ARB registration essential; RIBA Chartered Member preferred

5+ years’ post-qualification experience in commercial architecture, including large-scale project delivery

Proven track record in managing teams through design and construction stages

Strong Revit proficiency; knowledge of other 3D software an advantage

Excellent understanding of construction methodology, detailing, and buildability

High attention to detail with a commitment to QA/QC standards

Confident communicator with strong leadership and client-facing skills

Able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
