An award-winning London studio is seeking proactive and talented Project Architects to join their growing team. They weave together architecture, landscape, and urban design to shape places from city to human scale.
You will be instrumental in delivering large-scale residential and mixed-use developments, contributing to some of London’s largest transformations including major regenerations and urban blocks. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a design-led practice that is renowned for its commitment to exemplary masterplanning and high-quality living spaces.
Key Responsibilities- Lead or work within a team on a range of large-scale residential projects from initial feasibility (RIBA Stage 0) through to planning and tender (Stage 3).
- Develop high-level design concepts and oversee the production of developed planning information.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and consultants to navigate complex London planning policies.
- Apply a high level of design awareness and graphical skill to create compelling project presentations.
- Contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the studio’s expanding residential portfolio.
- Proven track record in delivering large-scale residential projects within the UK.
- 1–7 years post-qualification (Part 3) experience.
- Proficiency in MicroStation, Revit or AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of UK residential regulations, standards, and planning policy.
- Exceptional design skills and 3D modelling proficiency (Rhino and V-Ray preferred).
