Exciting south-east London boutique design studio are looking for a talented Part II Assistant or recently qualified Architect to join their team. This small studio specialises in design across architecture and interiors within various sectors; residential, hotels, cultural and retail. They are looking for someone to work closely with the practice founders on a mix of private residential, housing and education clients. Projects will involve planning to site so you must be interested in working across all stages and happy to take on more than one project at a time. Above all, you must value good design (and Vectorworks!).
Key Responsibilities- Develop beautiful and thoughtful design concepts from initial stages through to completion
- Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications
- Collaborate with clients, consultants and planners throughout the project lifecycle
- Work on multiple projects efficiently to meet deadlines
- Ensure projects meet the highest standards of design and technical excellence
- Part 2 or Part 3 qualified (or equivalent)
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude
- A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- A genuine interest in design, construction, and detailing
- Right to work in the UK is essential
- Excellent working knowledge of Vectorworks is essential
