Client Side Project Architect

A privately-funded architectural property management company is hiring for a talented Project Architect to join their growing architecture team. You will work on a diverse range of commercial, retail, Residential and hospitality projects across the West End, from smallto large-scale developments.

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a Project Architect with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• A passion for design and an eye for detail.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel). SketchUp a plus.
• Strong understanding ofcost management, project scheduling, regulations, and legislation.
• A proactive and results-oriented attitude with a willingness to step outside your comfort zone.

Key Responsibilities

• To support on a variety of architectural & interior fitout projects in retail, commercial, residentialsectorsacross the portfolio.
• Briefing, commenting on, and managing external consultant teams.
• Produce design guidelines.
• Review and comment on design submissions.
• Prepare high-quality, clear, concise & engaging summary reports and presentation packs.
• Good interest in, understanding and working knowledge of , cost, programme, regulations and legislation are important.
