Architectural Project Lead – Major Mixed-Use Development in City of London

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Lead to join a leading international design practice on a major mixed-use development in Canary Wharf. This is an immediate contract opportunity for an intermediate to senior-level architect or designer with strong design coordination skills and an exceptional eye for detail.

Working closely with senior team leadership, you will take responsibility for the development and documentation ofAdd Services design packages, making and justifying key design decisions, and liaising directly with the client and contractor teams.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Proven experience on large-scale mixed-use or commercial projects in the UK

• Strong technical understanding and the ability to resolve complex design details

• Excellent communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams

• Confidence in presenting and documenting design changes clearly and professionally

• A quality-driven approach and understanding of the level of decision-making required at this project stage

Proficiency in Revit and experience working within a BIM environment will be highly advantageous.

This is a short-term contract with potential to extend, offering the opportunity to contribute to a high-profile London development within a collaborative and design-focused team.
