We are looking for a skilled and experienced BIM Coordinator to join a vibrant London South Bank office, which currently consists of around 40 talented professionals. This globally established practice has a strong presence internationally and is known for its work across sectors such as data centers, commercial workplaces, aviation and largescaleinfrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage BIM project data and workflows daily
- Set up projects and maintain project content while sourcing additional BIM resources for project teams
- Provide technical BIM support and training to staff
- Oversee clash detection and ensure BIM model integrity throughout project lifecycles
- Collaborate closely with project teams to facilitate smooth BIM coordination and project execution
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator within the built environment
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and Dynamo
- Strong understanding of BIM Level 2 and ISO 19650 standards and workflows
- Experience managing BIM models, project setup, and clash detection
