Job Description:
We are seeking architects at all levels with a strong background in aviation design. If you have experience designing airports, aviation facilities, terminals, hangars, or related structures, we would love to hear from you! You will work on a variety of exciting projects, collaborating with a talented team to deliver cutting-edge designs that meet the needs of our aviation clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and participate in the design and development of aviation-related projects.
2. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, planners, and contractors.
3. Develop conceptual designs, detailed plans, and architectural drawings.
4. Ensure projects adhere to aviation regulations and safety standards.
5. Work with clients to understand their vision and provide design solutions.
6. Conduct site visits and assessments, ensuring quality and compliance with the design.
7. Mentor junior architects or assist senior leadership on complex tasks (depending on experience level).

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
2. Proven experience in aviation design projects.
3. A portfolio that demonstrates design creativity, technical knowledge, and project experience.
4. Strong proficiency in BIM.
5. Knowledge of aviation industry standards, regulations, and codes (preferred).
6. Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
7. LEED accreditation or other relevant certifications are a plus.

At All Levels:

1. Junior Architects: Eager to learn and grow within a collaborative team, gaining hands-on experience on aviation-focused projects.
2. Mid-Level Architects: Solid experience in aviation design, capable of leading projects and managing client relationships.
3. Senior Architects: Expertise in aviation architecture with a track record of leading large-scale aviation projects, mentoring teams, and influencing design strategies.
