The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
This is a hybrid role with some time each week at our head office in central Lancashire. You'll work with 3-5 key clients to develop and run their online campaigns and will be part of a tight-knit team of 12 digital experts. In some cases, you'll collaborate with colleagues on projects or campaigns.
As a senior member of the digital marketing campaigns, you'll also facilitate workshops with clients, advise on website performance, get involved in some new contract pitches, and retainer growth in general. You will also help clients or prospects build their digital strategies (being a 25-year-old agency, we have great tools, slides and models for these) before hands-on work to get campaigns running and working. They are typically in B2B sectors, such as service (e.g. financial services, property, legal) or manufacturing businesses, generally with a marketing contact or team in-house who we work closely with.
We work closely with clients and build great long-term relationships with them. When you join, we'll build a 3-year plan with you so you have your skills development and career progression mapped out, with a clear route to develop your role at Bespoke, and digital career in general.
