A leading London workplace design and build specialist is looking for a Senior Project Designer/Lead Interior Designer. The focus is high-value CAT B commercial office fit-out projects, from initial client brief through to winning pitch and into design development.

Working alongside Project Directors, Pre-Contract Managers and a talented visualisation team, the successful candidate will be the creative lead on competitive pitches to C-suite clients. Presence, persuasion and design excellence in equal measure.

The role:

  • Lead concept design across high-value CAT B commercial fit-out pitches and tenders
  • Present and pitch confidently to senior stakeholders and C-suite decision-makers
  • Translate complex client briefs into inspiring, commercially sound design solutions
  • Oversee design development through to client sign-off and technical handover
  • Collaborate across internal teams to keep design ambitious, achievable and on budget
  • Build lasting client relationships and contribute to new and repeat business

About you:

  • At least seven years in commercial workplace design and build
  • A strong portfolio of CAT B office fit-out at senior level
  • Proven track record pitching and presenting concepts to senior stakeholders
  • Excellent creative, technical and commercial judgement
  • Fluent in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Calm under pressure, highly collaborative and deadline-driven
