I am partnering with a leading workplace strategy, design and build specialist to recruit a Workplace Strategy Consultant who will help organisations create effective, future-focused working environments.
This is a highly client-facing role combining workplace insight, data, employee experience and strategic thinking. Leading workplace strategy projects from initial discovery through to recommendations:
- Exploring workplace performance, organisational culture and employee experience
- Analysing space utilisation data, employee feedback and industry benchmarks
- Translating strategic recommendations into clear design briefs and accommodation strategies
- Building trusted client relationships and contributing to industry conversations and events
