I’m working with a highly regarded workplace design & build consultancy to appoint a Project Director into their growing London team. This is not a traditional delivery role. It sits at the intersection of consultancy, sales, and leadership, focused on winning and shaping high-value commercial interior projects from the front-end.
You will own client relationships, define bid strategy, and assemble multidisciplinary teams (design, commercial, technical) to build compelling solutions. From the first conversation through to pitch, you drive the process and secure the business.
What makes this role different?
- A genuinely collaborative, ideas-led culture
- Strong emphasis on relationships over transactions
- High level of autonomy and trust
- Clear focus on long-term success
What they’re looking for:
- A commercially minded, consultative professional
- Proven experience in winning work and developing client relationships
- Background in design & build, construction, architecture, workplace, or a related solution-led environment
- Someone who can lead, influence, and bring people together
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business with a strong reputation and ambitious growth plans within their Design & Build division. If this sounds of interest, or worth a confidential conversation, feel free to get in touch.
