Accountabilities
Corporate & Legal
β€’ Obtaining client due diligence information and documents, ensuring that due diligence materials remain up to date, and conduct regular risk reviews on client files.
β€’ Preparation of annual returns and submissions
β€’ Incorporation of companies
β€’ Changing Company Details
β€’ Updating and maintaining company registers
β€’ Updating and maintaining beneficiary owner register
β€’ Drafting of minutes for companies and trusts
β€’ Supporting with the dissolution of companies
β€’ Supporting with the Re-domiciliation of companies
β€’ Responsible for the day to day company administration of an allocated portfolio of clients
β€’ Preparation of supporting minutes and certified documents for Bank account opening
β€’ Preparation of billing
β€’ Arranging signatures on agreements.

Personal Specification
Skills
β€’ Strong communication skills, both written and oral
β€’ IT literate – able to effectively utilise Microsoft office
β€’ Highly organised with attention to detail
Knowledge/Qualifications
β€’ Legal, ICSA or STEP Qualifications

Experience
β€’ Previous experience in a Company Secretarial department
β€’ Previous experience in providing a quality service to a variety of clients, and maintaining a client portfolio to a high standard will be an added advantage
