Clinical Registered Manager/ Nurse £45-60K + bonus up to £5K NW London Domiciliary and Nursing agency Immediate start You will play an instrumental part in building on the success of my clients established office. You will be a fundamental pillar in the overall smooth running of the operation and day to day business, working alongside our Franchise Owner and an amazing team of Care Coordinators, Clinical CareGivers and CareGivers. The Role Lead and inspire a dedicated team of Clinical CareGivers and Non-Clinical CareGivers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care directly to Clients in their own homes. Support individuals with a range of complex medical needs and varying levels of dependency. Provide training and supervision in the provision of delegated tasks including medication administration, wound care, catheter care, PEG and stoma care and diabetes management in a home setting.
