ABOUT BESPOKE:
BESPOKE Events is one of the UK’s leading Event Production Companies. We are an accredited
supplier at most of the leading Heritage Venues in London, including the Natural History Museum, The
TATE, Kensington Palace and The British Museum. We also regularly produce events at iconic venues
outside of London, including Cliveden House, Blenheim Palace and Goodwood.
Our London Studio, which houses our Sales Design and Operations Team, is in Chiswick, whilst our
technical team and Scenic workshop are both located in Rochester, Kent. All of our work is founded
on three core principles: great design, the highest possible quality standards and the desire to deliver
‘five star hospitality’ in an event environment.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer & 2D Draftsperson to join our in-
house Scenic (Art) Department, working across both our Event Design and in-house Scenic
departments. This is an exciting opportunity for a designer with 3-5 years of industry experience who
enjoys working across both creative design and technical production outputs.
This is a creative and technical role for someone who can take an event concept and bring it to life
visually, while also understanding the practicalities of how an event will work within a space. Working
closely with the Scenic and Sales Departments, you will own the creation of the 3D side of visual
rendering. Develop floor plans for complex events and use AI to push our visual department forward
by speeding up the process and producing design work that is ahead of the curve. These designs will
play a vital role in supporting our sales process by bringing client ideas to life.
This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of luxury events and productions,
collaborating with designers, production managers, scenic fabricators, and printers to ensure creative
concepts are translated into high-quality physical outcomes. We are looking for someone who doesn't
wait for a finished design to visualise. You should be comfortable contributing creatively to the design
process, suggesting solutions and using your visual and technical skills to help push concepts forward.
The Visualizer is required to manage their own workflow and that of the Graphic Designer. The
Graphic Designer is mainly tasked with 2D graphics, print-ready art files and floor plans. This role will
act as a mentor for the junior members of the team and resource plan to cover the team’s workload
during busy periods or periods of annual leave.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
3D Visualisation & Rendering
• Produce high-quality, realistic 3D visualisations and renders for events, pitches and client
presentations, by translating creative concepts, mood boards, sketches and references into
compelling event environments.
• Work with the Event Design team to explore different layouts, scenic treatments, materials,
lighting and spatial ideas.
• Develop visuals throughout the design process as concepts evolve.
• Bring a strong eye for composition, scale, materials, lighting and detail.
• Help establish a consistently high visual standard across our presentations.
2D Drafting & Spatial Planning
• Produce accurate 2D event layouts and floor plans for complex events
• Translate design concepts into clear drawings that can be understood by our Event Design,
Production and Scenic teams.
• Ensure plans take account of scale, access, guest flow and practical event requirements.
• Maintain accurate venue drawings and help build our internal library of plans
• Develop an exceptional working knowledge of our key venues – knowing the spaces,
dimensions, restrictions and possibilities backwards.
Creative & Design Input
• Work collaboratively with Event Designers rather than operating purely as a visualisation
resource by contributing ideas during the early stages of event design and development.
• Use your understanding of space and 3D environments to identify opportunities or potential
challenges within designs.
• Suggest visual, spatial and scenic solutions that improve the overall concept.
• Work alongside our in-house Scenic team to understand how creative ideas translate into
physical builds.
AI & Emerging Technology
• Actively use AI and emerging creative technologies to push the quality of our visuals forward
and speed up the creative process.
• Explore how AI can support concept development, image generation, rendering, material
exploration and visual enhancement.
• Help the team identify new tools and workflows that improve efficiency without
compromising creative quality.
• Be curious and proactive about developments in visualisation technology.
What We Offer
• Opportunity to work on high-profile corporate events, luxury weddings, and international
productions.
• Exposure to projects from concept through to physical installation.
• Collaboration with our experienced in-house event design, scenic and production teams.
• Training and development opportunities
• A creative, fast-paced environment where ideas become reality.
LOCATION
• Monday - Thursday based in Chiswick
• Friday based in Strood, Kent (ideally)
