BESPOKE Events is one of the UK's leading Event Production Companies. We are an accredited supplier at most of the leading Heritage Venues in London, including the Natural History Museum, The Tate, Kensington Palace and The British Museum. We also regularly produce events at iconic venues outside of London, including Cliveden House, Blenheim Palace and Goodwood.

Our London Studio, which houses our Sales Design and Operations Team, is in Chiswick, whilst our technical team and Scenic workshop are both located in Rochester, Kent. All of our work is founded on three core principles: great design, the highest possible quality standards and the desire to deliver 'five star hospitality' in an event environment.

THE ROLE: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our in-house Scenic (Art) Department. This is an exciting opportunity for a designer with 1–2 years of industry experience who enjoys working across both creative design and technical production outputs.

Working closely with the Scenic and Sales Departments, you will develop artwork and print-ready files for a wide range of physical event assets, from stationery and signage to large-scale scenic graphics. You will play a role in supporting our sales team by producing visual concepts, proposal designs, floor plans, and presentation materials that help bring client ideas to life.

This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of luxury events and productions, collaborating with designers, production managers, scenic fabricators, and printers to ensure creative concepts are translated into high-quality physical outcomes.
