  • Work closely with the Scenic Operations Manager on procurement, materials, specialist services, crew requirements and transport.
  • Attend site visits and production meetings, both virtually and in person, as required.
  • Be present at project installations and de-rigs where required, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to schedule.
  • Ensure relevant health and safety requirements are considered and followed, including risk assessments, method statements and site-specific requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation through company systems, including schedules, budgets, production information, supplier details and project reports.
  • Manage multiple projects and competing deadlines while maintaining a consistently high standard of delivery.
  • Identify potential issues before they arise and take a proactive, practical approach to finding effective solutions.

We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of scenic production and the ability to manage projects from concept through to completion.

You will ideally have:

  • The ability to anticipate potential problems, manage risk and remain calm and effective under pressure.
