As Ecommerce Manager, you will play an instrumental role in scaling our digital product offering and commercial consumer business. You’ll take ownership of the customer journey, providing the data-driven insights needed to drive performance across our brand sites and client portals. Our mission is to create unforgettable gifting experiences that bridge the gap between customer desire and commercial success. We’re looking for a proactive, analytical individual to own our on-site experiences as we move into our next phase of growth.
What we’re looking for…
- Data-Driven Trading: Analyse multi-channel performance data to deliver actionable insights that hit KPIs. You will lead the conversation during weekly trade meetings, proactively identifying opportunities to refine our digital strategy and drive bottom-line results.
- Experience & Conversion (CRO): Proactively identify UX friction points across the customer journey to inform our on-site roadmap. Collaborating with the Digital Product Manager on execution, you will use data and a rigorous test-and-learn approach to ensure site enhancements are brand-aligned and commercially optimised.
- SEO Strategy: Execute best-practice SEO strategies to grow organic visibility. You will lead keyword research, SEO audits, and competitor analysis to ensure all content is optimised for search and aligned with performance trends.
- Retention & Loyalty: Oversee retention strategies to increase customer lifetime value and repeat purchase rates. You will manage the loyalty program, using data-driven insights to refine engagement tactics and build long-term brand advocacy.
- Product Curation & Merchandising: Enhance the on-site experience through impactful product selection and digital merchandising. Collaborating with the Product and Creative teams, you will provide strategic input on personalisation and product needs to drive channel growth.
- End-to-End Customer Experience: Maintain a holistic view of the customer journey, from initial marketing touchpoints and site content to fulfilment and the unboxing experience, ensuring brand consistency at every stage.
- Site Content & Assets: Oversee the optimisation of web content, including managing product photoshoots to ensure imagery is both brand-aligned and designed with conversion in mind.
About you...
- At least 5-6 years’ experience in an ecommerce role, ideally with previous experience at manager level.
- Proven experience managing ecommerce platforms (ideally Shopify) across multiple storefronts.
- Advanced proficiency in GA4, Google Search Console and data visualisation tools.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools and a solid understanding of UX principles to guide site development and increase conversion.
- A strong track record in executing SEO best practices and managing retention tools (such as Klaviyo, LoyaltyLion) to drive repeat purchase behaviour.
- Highly organised, focused and practical, with an ability to work across different projects and hit key deadlines.
- An eye for detail and a passion for brand storytelling, ensuring the digital journey feels as premium and thoughtful as the physical unboxing experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
What We Offer...
- Growth Opportunities: Expand your skills and grow within a rapidly evolving company.
- Collaborative Culture: Be part of a supportive team that values creativity and innovation.
