We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Revenue Manager to lead our reservations department and optimize the hotel's revenue strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the reservations team, overseeing day-to-day operations, and utilizing dynamic pricing, demand forecasting, and inventory management to maximize profitability. This role is essential in driving occupancy rates, maintaining a high Average Daily Rate (ADR), and ensuring a seamless guest experience while supporting the overall revenue management strategy of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue, adjusting rates based on demand, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Demand Forecasting: Analyse booking patterns, seasonal trends, and competitor performance to forecast demand and adjust pricing and inventory strategies.
  • Revenue Optimization: Maximize additional revenue through upselling, targeted offers, and optimizing pricing for different guest segments.
  • Performance Reporting: Monitor KPIs such as ADR, RevPAR, and occupancy. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve revenue performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to implement promotions and campaigns aligned with revenue goals.
  • System Management: Utilize revenue management systems and tools to automate pricing, improve forecasting, and track demand effectively.
  • Operations & Supervision: Oversee the daily operations of the reservations department, ensuring smooth service delivery and efficient booking processes.

Qualities:

  • Preferred 3+ years of experience in hotel reservations, revenue management, or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of revenue management systems, booking platforms, and pricing strategies.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proven ability to optimize inventory and pricing strategies to maximize revenue.
