Requirements

As a Night Porter, you will be expected to:

• Ensure the security of the building and guests
• Set up the restaurant for breakfast
• Serve drinks in the bar
• Clean all public areas
• Take telephone calls
• Be customer service focused

We are looking for someone who can work between 9 pm and 7 am approximately. Your duties will include keeping the outside and public areas of the hotel clean and tidy, preparing for the following day’s events, setting tables, tidying, and general maintenance, as well as attending to guests’ needs throughout the night.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year’s experience in customer service or hotels, in a similar position, with the ability to deliver excellent service to our guests.

We are seeking someone passionate about hospitality, reliable, and eager to learn as part of our growing team.

Duties Will Include

• Completing statutory fire and security checks
• Providing room service, preparing, and serving food to company standards
• Completing daily handover procedures efficiently and responsibly
• Ensuring all corridors are clear; fire extinguishers and fire doors are secure while conducting safety floor checks during the night
