You’ll be the trusted right hand to the Bar Manager, ensuring that each drink is mixed with perfection and every guest is treated like a star. Whether it’s a classic cocktail or a modern concoction, you’ll oversee a team of talented bartenders and create an unforgettable experience for our elite clientele.

• Lead the Bar Team: Supervise the bar staff, ensuring that each cocktail, pour, and guest interaction is executed to perfection. You’ll inspire your team to provide seamless service while maintaining the elegance and sophistication of a high-end establishment.
• Create Memorable Experiences: Curate a glamorous experience for our guests by ensuring the bar is always stocked with the finest spirits, wines, and ingredients. Whether it’s a quiet evening drink or a celebratory toast, every drink should be a work of art.
• Guest-Centric Excellence: Greet and engage with guests in a friendly, polished manner. Ensure that every drink order is fulfilled promptly, and every guest’s needs are met with the highest level of care and attention to detail.
• Training and Development: Lead, train, and mentor the bar team, ensuring they are knowledgeable about cocktails, wines, and the hotel’s standards of service. Foster a culture of excellence where your team can grow and thrive in the luxury hospitality industry.
• Bar Operations Mastery: Oversee the daily operations of the bar, including ensuring all orders are executed flawlessly, managing bar inventories, handling cash and tabs efficiently, and maintaining the highest cleanliness standards.
• Collaboration with the Restaurant Team: Work seamlessly with the restaurant team to ensure that beverage service flows effortlessly and enhances the guest dining experience, from pre-dinner cocktails to post-meal digestifs.
• Create Signature Cocktails: Assist in the development of signature cocktails that reflect the glamour and sophistication of our venue, with an emphasis on style, innovation, and quality.
• Maintain Impeccable Ambiance: Ensure that the bar maintains the perfect atmosphere for guests to unwind, offering a luxurious setting that feels as if it’s straight from a Hollywood film set-complete with jazz, elegance, and charm.
• Handle Guest Complaints with Grace: Address any guest concerns or complaints with poise, professionalism, and a problem-solving attitude. Ensure that every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return for their next luxurious experience.
• Inventory and Stock Control: Oversee stock levels, ensuring that the bar is always well-stocked with premium spirits, wines, and ingredients. You’ll also assist with ordering and inventory control, ensuring the bar runs smoothly without ever running out of the essentials.
• Uphold Standards of Excellence: Ensure that all health, safety, and cleanliness standards are upheld within the bar, keeping it spotless and safe for staff and guests alike. The bar should always sparkle like the stars.
