We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Food & Beverage Manager.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and possess the ability to deliver excellent service to our guests.
We are seeking someone passionate about hospitality, reliable, and eager to learn as part of our growing team.
Duties Will Include
- Ensuring departments meet set criteria by maintaining product and hospitality service standards.
- Empowering the team to handle all guest feedback, both positive and negative.
- Maintaining service standards throughout the food and beverage operation of the hotel.
- Ensuring all food and beverage areas comply with cleanliness and Health and Safety standards.
- Producing weekly and monthly revenue forecasts for the F&B department.
- Creating cost-effective staff schedules aligned with hotel demands.
- Driving sales through creative campaigns.
