Requirements: The ideal person will have at least a year’s experience in a similar position and will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests. We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, that is reliable and willing to learn as part of this growing team.
Duties will include:
- Manage the day to day operation of the beverage department.
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests and ensure all team members do the same.
- Identify, provide and evaluate departmental learning and development.
- Monitor and comply with all Company and legal statutory requirements.
- Preparation and service of drinks.
