We're looking for an experienced

Cluster Revenue Manager or two, to join our established Team, managing a portfolio of up to five hotels.

The Role

Reporting into the Revenue leadership team, you'll work closely with General Managers and hotel teams to develop and implement revenue strategies that maximise profitability across your all areas of the hotels in your portfolio.

You'll analyse market trends, competitor activity and business performance to identify opportunities, optimise pricing and distribution, and ensure each hotel achieves its commercial potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the revenue strategy for a portfolio of up to five hotels.
  • Maximise Rev PAR, ADR and occupancy through effective pricing and inventory management.
  • Conduct regular forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis.
  • Monitor market demand, competitor activity and industry trends.
  • Be actively involved in the RFPs for Meeting, Event and Group business for each property.
  • Collaborate with General Managers, Hotel and Marketing teams to deliver commercial objectives.
  • Optimise distribution channels and OTA performance.
  • Produce insightful reports and present recommendations to hotel stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with hotel teams, providing support, guidance and commercial expertise

About You

We're looking for someone who

  • Has previous hotel revenue management experience, ideally managing multiple properties.
  • Can demonstrate results achieved through their previous experience
  • Understands, Guestline PMS and channel distribution platforms.
  • Is analytical, commercially focused and confident working with data.
  • Has excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Can prioritise effectively and manage multiple hotels simultaneously.
  • Enjoys working independently and is self motivated, as well as collaboratively within a remote team environment.
  • Is proactive, organised and driven by results.
  • Whilst the role is predominantly remote working, you will be required to attend site visits monthly at each property and central team events around the country, and flexibility in this is a must.
