At Bespoke Guardians, we support children and young people with learning disabilities, autism, trauma-related needs, and emotional or behavioural difficulties. We are committed to supporting children and young people who may have previously experienced placement breakdowns, social exclusion, trauma, or services that have struggled to meet their needs. We do not give up on the individuals we support, and we are looking for people who share those values.
We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and emotionally resilient individuals who want to genuinely make a difference through calm, consistent, relationship-based support. Full UK driving licence required.
The Role
This is not a traditional care role. The focus is on:
- Building positive relationships
- Supporting emotional wellbeing
- Encouraging independence and life skills
- Supporting education, routines, and activities
- Helping young people safely access the community
- Using trauma-informed approaches and positive behaviour support
Some days are rewarding and enjoyable, while others can be challenging. We are looking for people who can remain calm, patient, and supportive during both.
