We are looking for a new member of the team to join our Front of House Supervisors at Chelle's Brasserie in Old Town, Swindon. Approx 15 hours + per week, mostly evenings and some weekends.

Key Responsibilities- The Front of House (FOH) Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring exceptional guest service, maintaining operational standards, and supporting team performance.
- This role plays a key part in leading the front-of-house team while coordinating closely with the kitchen to deliver a seamless dining experience.
- Execute opening and closing procedures in accordance with company standards.
- Ensure the restaurant is fully prepared for service (cleanliness, setup, readiness of staff).
- Count and reconcile cash in the tills at the beginning and end of shifts.
- Ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed by all team members.
- Investigate and report any discrepancies.
- Prepare daily cash reports as required.
- Supervise and support FOH team members during service.
- Lead pre-shift briefings and communicate daily goals and updates.
- Address and resolve staff or operational issues during shifts.
- Provide coaching and support to maintain high performance standards.
- Maintain high standards of customer service at all times.
- Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness, organisation, and presentation standards are upheld.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety.
- Act as the main point of communication with the kitchen during service.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to accommodate customer requests and dietary requirements.
- Resolve service-related issues quickly and professionally.
- Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
