Due to continued organisational growth and development opportunities for our current staff, we are recruiting for support workers to join our staff teams. Supporting vulnerable and complex children/young adults in a range of locations - in and out of their home. Current locations available: Somerset, North Somerset, Devon and West Sussex.

You must hold a full UK driving licence and have held your licence for 3 years or more. You must also meet the requirements of our insurers to drive the company vehicles.

About the job role as a Support Worker: As a Support Worker, you will be key in helping our young people with everyday living. The young persons have experienced significant abuse and trauma in their early lives. This is a challenging role, but the rewards are incomparable to any other job. You will be working in an environment where the little things that you do every day could have life-changing results on the young people in our care. Your ambition for the people you support will help them take steps to fulfilling their potential.

We specialise in providing best-in-class care and support for children and young people who have behaviours that may challenge and mental health needs. Working as a Children's Support Worker, you must be willing to go above and beyond for the children and young people, ensuring that they have an experience of childhood that they can reflect upon and carry with them into adulthood.

Salary and Benefits:

  • £21.00 ph.
  • 12-hour shifts (day and waking nights)
  • Full-time, part time, zero hours and adhoc shifts available.

  • Forward-thinking with a flexible approach.
  • Able to follow instruction & direction.
  • Full UK Driving License for 3 years or more, with access to your own vehicle.
  • Flexibility on travel.
  • Experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be offered to the right candidates.
