Your degree has given you a foundation. This role is about developing the practical skills that come next.

As a Graduate Business Associate, you’ll gain exposure to areas including:

• Business development and growth
• Customer acquisition and relationship management
• Team development and leadership
• Campaign coordination and business operations
• Performance management and target setting
• Supporting new team members through their development
• Communication, presentation and professional networking
• Working alongside experienced business leaders on day‑to‑day projects

You won’t be expected to know everything from day one. Training, coaching and hands‑on development are built into the role.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR POTENTIAL, NOT A PERFECT CV

This is an entry‑level graduate opportunity, so previous management experience isn’t required.

You could be a recent graduate from any degree background, or currently completing your final year and looking for your next step.
