Bespoke is a growing sales and marketing company based in Newcastle. We work with a range of clients to deliver customer-focused campaigns and measurable results. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Customer Engagement Assistant to join our on-site team and support customer interaction and campaign delivery.
This role is suitable for individuals at an early stage of their career who want to gain practical experience in customer engagement, communication, and campaign support within a professional team environment. No specific experience is required. We welcome applicants from customer-facing, retail, hospitality, administrative, or similar backgrounds who are interested in developing their communication and business skills.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Engaging with customers in face-to-face environments and providing clear information about products and services
- Supporting the delivery of customer-focused marketing campaigns
- Working with marketing and campaign teams to support daily objectives
- Helping track customer interactions and campaign activity
