We are looking for ambitious, disciplined and career-focused graduates to join our growing team in Newcastle as a Graduate Management Trainee. This is not a graduate job for someone looking to simply gain experience and see where things go. We are looking for individuals who want to be challenged, develop commercially valuable skills and work towards a genuine management position.

The successful candidate will enter a structured development programme covering sales, marketing, business development, team leadership and business operations. You will be expected to learn quickly, take responsibility and consistently perform to a high standard.

The Role

  • Representing clients and managing customer acquisition campaigns
  • Developing strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Learning and executing effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Working towards individual and team performance targets
  • Tracking and analysing key performance indicators
  • Supporting the training and development of new team members
  • Developing leadership and coaching skills
  • Taking responsibility for team performance and results
  • Learning the fundamentals of recruitment and talent development
  • Building and maintaining professional client relationships
  • Assisting with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Progressively taking on greater responsibility across business operations
