About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Business Management Trainee to support campaign performance, contribute to daily business operations, and develop the skills required for future leadership and management responsibilities.
This entry-level opportunity is ideal for ambitious individuals looking to build a long-term career in business, with a focus on sales, customer engagement, business development, and team leadership. No previous experience is required, as full training and ongoing mentorship will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to campaign performance and help achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Participate in a structured training programme covering sales, communication, leadership, and business development.
- Develop customer acquisition skills through professional, face-to-face marketing.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions focused on improving performance.
- Represent leading UK brands through customer interactions at residential and event-based campaigns.
- Support the coordination of daily campaign activities and business operations.
- Develop leadership skills, with opportunities to take on additional responsibilities as performance progresses.
